Terms of sale

Effective as of March 28, 2026


1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the customizable wedding website creation service offered by Thomas Mauconduit, sole proprietor, via weddi.events (the “Service”).

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Price

The Service is offered at a price of €50 incl. tax, payable in a single payment.

VAT not applicable pursuant to article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

3. Order and payment

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. The customer fills in the order form (couple names, email address and wedding date).
  2. The customer is redirected to the secure payment platform Stripe to complete payment.
  3. Once payment is confirmed, the wedding website is provisioned automatically.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The publisher does not store any banking data.

4. Delivery

The wedding website is put online automatically within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment confirmation. A welcome email is sent to the address provided during checkout with the information and instructions required to access the relevant administration areas.

5. Service duration

The wedding website remains accessible online until 1 month after the wedding date provided at checkout. After this period, the website and associated data will be deleted.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the purchase date to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason.

However, under article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, a customer who starts using the Service (customizing the website, adding content) before the withdrawal period expires expressly acknowledges waiving this right for the supply of digital content.

7. Termination and suspension

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or remove a wedding website, without prior notice or refund, in the event of:

  • Publication of unlawful, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
  • Breach of these Terms of Sale

8. Liability

The customer is solely responsible for the content published on their wedding website (texts, images, files). The publisher cannot be held liable for any content uploaded by customers.

The publisher undertakes to provide the Service with reasonable care, but does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual property

The wedding website template, source code, design and graphical assets remain the exclusive property of the publisher. The customer receives a right of use limited to the duration of the Service.

Content uploaded by the customer (photos, personal texts) remains the customer’s property.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute.
